The Cottage is a private apartment perched atop a warehouse loft in Greenpoint. This unique apartment has high vaulted ceilings with a huge skylight, a wall of windows leading out to a private terrace and more views from the sleeping loft. The main area consists of a living room, with kitchenette, walk-in closet and full bathroom.
Take the ladder to the cozy sleeping loft where 2 beds, one queen size and the other a double, offer views of the Manhattan skyline beyond Greenpoint’s waterfront landscape. Guests are welcome to relax with a movie on a 27″ mac or take advantage of complimentary wi-fi. A flight of stairs leads down to the building entrance and the lounge where guests can chat with each other over a cup of coffee, or prepare to check-in for the next yoga class held in our on site yoga studio.
